SINGING CIRCLES | CEREMONIES | FESTIVALS

Music is about sharing.

Sharing joy. Sharing love. Sharing freedom and authenticity. Sharing your voice and stepping into your truth.

I write my songs and mantras in English, Sanskrit, Spanish and Dutch. Music can truly be medicine. I feel blessed to share my medicine on stage, during ceremonies (cacao & plant medicine) and while singing together in singing circles.

YOGA | RETREATS

Teaching yoga, for me, is about helping people to dive deeper. To dive into the body and the magical world of FEELING. Feeling your body, feeling your emotions, feeling your breath and connect with all that is. Yoga is so much more than working with the body. Yoga is a way of living, where love, acceptance and consciousness are core elements. In addition to teaching weekly yoga classes (hot yoga, vinyasa, yin, easy flow) I host retreats and women's circles.

PSYCHOLOGY

As a psychologist I help people to release old limiting beliefs and traumas, and to rediscover what makes their hearts burn with enthusiasm. I love helping people to reconnect with their own power, remebering ones own truth, joy and self-love. My therapeutic style combines an optimistic ACT-informed mindset with a holistic perspective, integrating meditation, present-moment awareness, meaningful action, and the embodied experiencing of emotions.
